Shipping

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, but much depends on order load. Most are shipped within one to two days after order is received, but not more then five.

Return Policy

We stand behind all products and will accept returns only on products damaged in transit or if there is a factory defect, providing the product is in it's original packaging and has not been used. We do NOT accept returns on bathing or potty items for hygiene reasons or because a consumer has had a change of heart. Notification of a return must be received within ten working days and no product will be accepted without prior return authorization.

Sales Tax

State sales tax of 6.25% must be included on all purchases whose customers live in the state of Texas.
